My Castle

as i sit inside my castle
behind wall, and wall and wall.
i cant help but think and wonder,
will you wait and watch them fall?

will you prod them, see them titer?
watch them stay just standing tall?
will you bring forth all the elements?
or not sit and wait at all?

each wall hides but another
built stronger. I rebuilt them all.
as you walk away they crumble.
would you look back or stay the fool?

do you take apart the peices?
take them brick, by brick they pool,
around your feet, then back together?
protecting you and me so small?

would you make in them some door ways?
brick them back up, and call... and call?
out to my soul and to no other
keep me safe, in my castle, my rules?
